With its thrust to bring to its clientele world-class products at competitive prices and with the best service, it expanded its reach by opening one-stop shops in building materials source in Mandaue and Mactan Cebu. Further expanding its reach, it opened lifestyle showrooms in areas of Visayas & Luzon.

In 2008, COHCI as one of the leaders in supplying finishing materials and do-it-yourself (DIY) sector sowed a seed for a new retail store business model through BETTER LIVING TILE AND BATH.

BETTER LIVING TILE AND BATH tends to feature a broader product assortment than typical hardware stores and aims to provide ultimate shopping experience to its out-of-town clientele. The product categories carried by BLTB nonetheless, all maintain a common theme– dedication to remaining a low-priced, discount-oriented retailer. As part of this effort, the BLTB chain store also sells its own branded goods, which account for a significant proportion of the stores sales.

BETTER LIVING TILE AND BATH has branches in Bacoor, Silang, Baliuag, Malolos, Angeles and San Jose and will continue to expand its presence to other new location into the second half of the decade.
