BETTER LIVING TILE AND BATH tends to feature a broader product assortment than typical hardware stores and aims to provide an ultimate shopping experience to its out-of-town clientele. The product categories carries by BLTB nonetheless, all maintain a common theme—dedication to remaining a low-priced, discount-oriented retailer. As part of this effort, the BLTB chain also sells its own branded goods, which account for a significant proportion of the stores sales.

BETTER LIVING TILES AND BATH has branches in Bacoor, Silang, Baliuag, Malolos, Angeles, and San Jose. In 2025, COHCI established BODEGA1 in Plaridel Bulacan and will continue to expand to other new locations into the second half of the decade.

(COHCI) is one of the biggest hardware constructions, finishing material and home improvement suppliers in the country with over 75 years of dedicated service to the industry suppliers in the country. The company has several warehouses strategically located in Cebu and Metro Manila with an approximate combined area of 40,000 square meters.

CEBU OVERSEA HARDWARE CO., INC. (COHCI) saw it’s beginning as a supplier of structural steel bars and cement through it’s sister companies, CEBU STEEL CORPORATION and COHACO TRADING. With its thrust to bring to its clientele world-class products at competitive prices and with the best service, it expanded its reach by opening one-stop shops in building materials source in Mandaue and Mactan Cebu. Further expanding its reach, it opened lifestyle showrooms in areas of Visayas & Luzon.

The company also extended the distribution of its product and services to the different parts of the country; it has ventured and expanded its dealership program in the key cities and major province. To date the company already boasts of a dealership network strategically located all over the Philippines.
